1. Rank design entries daily, this will encourage participation. It is non-monetary means of showing appreciation for the Designers' hard work.
2. The more feedback you provide, the better results you will see (you can do so by clicking on the logo you want to give feedback to). It will also guide the designers in the right direction.
3. Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
4. Designers earn points for top 10 ranked designs. We recommend ranking different designers for top ranks, It encourages more participation.

Thanks for the submission! I was looking for something a little more asian. I had some ideas about the quick writing font. Not 100% sure on what it's called, but just that "ninja" writing feel. I had another idea with 3 matryoshka dolls dolls next to the name with the design of a mom, dad, and son in kimonos. Had another idea of just wrapping a cherry blossom branch around the name. I am not a big fan of "chopstick letters" for a logo but if chopsticks could be incorporated by not using them for the letters but more for a graphic, I would be fine with that. I know this is still a little vague, but hopefully it rounds up some ideas for you guys.
